If you have not already heard, McLean High School Orchestra is hosting Senior Regional Orchestra Auditions on Monday, September 29 and MANY Volunteers are needed to make this a success.
We have 100 students enrolled in orchestra this year and ALL are REQUIRED to volunteer for this event. Parent help is needed as well to ensure the event runs smoothly. Set up, checkin, snack bar, volunteer check in, room monitors, parking marshals are all needed.
Help is also needed prior to the event with packet preparation, BJs or Costco runs, sign making, etc. If you are available to help with any of the above let me know.
