Students auditioned amongst hundreds of highly skilled student musicians and participated in a special performance alongside student musicians from around the state this past April in Richmond, Virginia! They performed Don Juan  by Richard Strauss, Sensamayá by Silvestre Revueltas, and "I. Congratulations are in order to the following students who auditioned for and were accepted into the 2025 Northeast Virginia Senior Regional Orchestra! The students listed below auditioned alongside students from parts of Fairfax County, Arlington County, private and home schools and have been chosen to perform in a full symphony under the direction of Joel Schut on November 15th at Westfield HS. McLean High School is extremely proud to have had so many talented students accepted into this prestigious orchestra!
