Director, Gretta Sandberg, recipient of the Virginia Chapter of the American String Teachers Association   2007 Orchestra Director of the Year Award.  The   McLean High School Orchestras are comprised of three different levels of string orchestra:  Concert Strings, Symphonic Strings and Chamber Soloists.  The MHSO's core instruments   consist of the violin, viola, cello, double bass, harp and piano.  Click here to learn more about the MHSO philosophy.
